Do you know the Grace of Jesus?

1 CORINTHIANS 8: 9

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.

You should know, do not be left out. It is only when you know that one is counted in and be saved.

John 8:31 To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. John 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Verse 31 you are counted in as you become disciples.

Verse 32 you are saved as you will be set free.

4. Know Jesus’ Grace

Grace is a gift for all people. You can choose to miss the Grace God is offering or take the offer and be saved.

Isa 26:10 Though grace is shown to the wicked, they do not learn righteousness; even in a land of uprightness they go on doing evil and regard not the majesty of the LORD.

Jonah 2:8 “Those who cling to worthless idols forfeit the grace that could be theirs.

It is therefore your choice to be part of the Grace or not.

5. God’s Grace

God the father is the first to show and give us His Grace.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

God chose to lose His one and only son to win the world.

6. Jesus’ Grace

Look He was rich but chose to be poor to make me and you the benefactors of His Grace.

Phil 2:5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus. Phil 2:9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, Phil 2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, Phil 2:11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father

Jesus took my sins, lowered Himself to free me and you. Jesus knew that He would have them all He lost because of His father’s Grace.

7. What is Grace then?

Grace is willingly losing part of your life for your brother to gain it back later. If you cannot lose, you will not be covered by Grace.

Live like Christ focus on His attitude. Give, offer yourself as a living sacrifice to save others with your money, strength and even your wisdom.

Phil 2:5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus.

Grace is gained by adopting the life of Jesus. You feel pain, you lose to gain what your life depends on.

  1. Indeed our attitude should be the same as that of our Lord Jesus, while we were still sinners He came for us
