DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE A SLAVE?

 

A SLAVE UN KNOWINGLY

Ro 6:16 Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey  whether you are slaves to sin,  which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to rihteousness?

Sometimes when I remember what our forefathers passed through during the time of slavery I cry imagining if was my son or daughter. I tell you I cry and feel pain. Imagine you haven’t done any wrong to anyone somebody who thinks is more human than you come and take you captive. Africans we have a lot to forgive.

The death of Jesus on the cross has given us freedom from being a slave by default. If there is default slavery means there is another type of slavery which is forced slavery. Forced slavery is what those who felt are powerful and could not regard the life of others important practiced. Both forced and default slavery has similarities one of them being no regard of your gender, status, feelings or desires.

                   

A slave has no choice of everything. A slave was forced to do jobs not of his choice. Going where he does not want to do. Being humiliated at any time any place. Cannot answer back or plan your future. This is very bad.

Today Satan is keeping many almost 90% of the word is under slavery by default un knowingly. This is ridiculers, even those who claim to know God and attend church services majority are under bondage of Satan. Watch; By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Matthew 7: 16 – 18.

So if you offer yourself to Satan and not to God you will be a slave to what you obey. Then, everyone will notice if you obey Christ or not. Anger issues will be close to you, haterade and selfishness will be the order of the day.

HOW CAN ONE OFFER HIMSELF OR HERSELF TO SATAN UNKNOWINGLY?   

Simple,who is dominating your heart? Your heart produces all you need in life. If your heart is full of this world cannot influence your conduct in a posite way. Yet if your heart is filled with the knowledge of the bible and you obey it, it will influence your conduct and you will live like Christ. Therefore you won’t be a slave by default. Imagine working up at night just to smoke a sigerate. People know you as a mecyless person cruel more than Satan himself. Brother that is a crear sign you are a slave of Satan.

Ps 119:11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.

Jos 1:8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

Once the word of God is in you, it will force your character to change. Watch this, And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit. Eph. 2: 22. How can one be bilt in Jesus without being filled with the word of God? Your anxiety, worries for this life, jealous all these my brother are indication of slavery, Wake up.
